Crypto Withdrawal Procedure
Please be sure to upload your KYC documents before requesting a withdrawal.
Normally, 3 types of documents are required, and 4 types are required if you have made a credit card deposit. Click here for details.
- Transfers will be made in crypto (USDT or USDC). We support the TRC20 and ERC20 blockchain standards. Please confirm that your wallet is capable of receiving USDT or USDC. Some Japanese exchanges may not support USDT.
- If the funds cannot be received in your wallet after the transfer, or if the wallet address you provided is incorrect, you will not be able to receive the funds, and the transfer cannot be canceled or reversed. Please verify all details carefully before submitting your request.
- USDT cannot be directly converted to Japanese yen. You will need to convert it to Japanese yen yourself.
- If you lose your crypto due to an operational error or similar circumstances, we cannot compensate you for the loss or issue a refund.
- Our support is limited to transferring funds to the wallet address you provided. We do not provide support regarding exchange methods, procedures, or other related matters.
- Please note that the transfer amount is calculated by converting the Japanese yen amount at the crypto exchange rate at the time of transfer, so there may be a slight difference from the requested amount. We appreciate your understanding.
By submitting a withdrawal request in STEP 3 below, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions listed above.
After logging in, click the circular figure icon in the upper-right corner of the trading screen, then select [Account] > [Withdrawal]
- Account Type = Select the account from which you wish to withdraw funds (usually your High-Low trading account)
- Enter Amount = Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (minimum 10,000 yen)
- Withdrawal Method = Select USDT or USDC. Enter your wallet address.
- Click the SUBMIT button.
Withdrawal processing has not yet been completed at this stage. While the status is [Pending], your balance will remain unchanged. Please proceed to STEP 4 below.

How to confirm, cancel, or change the amount of a withdrawal request
Click the circular figure icon in the upper-right corner of the trading screen, then select [Account] > [Transactions].
You can view your request under [Pending Withdrawals].
You can cancel the request by selecting [+] > [Cancel Withdrawal].
If you wish to change the withdrawal amount, please cancel the request and submit a new one.
FAQ
I made a withdrawal request, but my account balance remains the same. (It does not decrease)
Your balance will not decrease immediately after you request a withdrawal. Until the withdrawal is processed, the status will remain [Pending]. Your balance will be updated once the withdrawal is processed.
Do I need to submit KYC documents for every withdrawal?

We strictly prohibit the use of our services for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or cash-out schemes. Terms of Service: If we determine that your account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or cash-out purposes—for example, if the number of transactions after a deposit is clearly low or there are no transactions at all, or if the amount or frequency of deposits and withdrawals is clearly disproportionate to the number or amount of transactions—we will impose a penalty equal to 30% of the withdrawal amount. In such cases, we may issue a refund using the method specified by us. If we determine that the activity is malicious, we will suspend the account. If fraud is discovered, we will immediately suspend the account in question and submit supporting documentation to the receiving financial institution and other relevant parties.
